This project included the restoration and waterproofing of several METRA stations. The scope of work involved the removal of the existing roof down to the precast concrete sub roof, including the skylights and H.V.A.C condensing units. The Contractor then proceeded to re-install foam roof insulation, light weight concrete topping, a 2-part epoxy waterproof membrane, and the skylights and condensing units. As the CM, R&G Engineering supervised and coordinated these efforts with METRA.
